Choosing a Package

How do I know which package is right for me?

Roots is the right starting point if you want a steady, professional presence without overthinking your marketing. Reach is a stronger fit if you're ready for your online presence to work harder — creating more connections through more strategic content and ongoing performance adjustments. Fruit is designed for thought leaders building field authority through CE offerings, workshops, or training programs. If you're still not sure, the free consultation is the easiest way to find out.

What makes Fruit different from Reach?

Fruit includes everything in Reach, plus three additions designed for professionals building visibility beyond their practice. Thought Leader Content Development means your content is strategically positioned to establish you as a recognized voice in your field, not just consistent but authoritative. Event & Workshop Landing Pages means we build dedicated registration and event pages inside your digital marketing platform. No separate website needed. Email Campaigns & Promotional Materials means we design event flyers & promotional graphics and build the email campaigns that convert your audience from followers to registrants. Fruit also adds a third platform and increases to 14+ branded graphics per month — which includes your regular 3x per week social cadence across three platforms plus CE promotional and event graphics.

Do I have to write captions and approve every post before they go live?

No — we write everything. Captions, graphics direction, scheduling — that's handled for you. At the start of your service, content is sent for your review before anything is scheduled. As we become more familiar with your voice, values, and professional standards, that process becomes more streamlined. Your confidence in what goes out under your name is never negotiable.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract is required. When you start with Vine & Laurel, your introductory rate is honored for the first 12 months — whether you pay month to month or choose to pay the full year up front. After month 12, services continue at the standard rate. If you pay annually and choose not to continue partway through the year, prepaid services are non-refundable. There is no obligation beyond your current payment term.

Do you only work with therapists?

No. Vine & Laurel serves helping professionals across the behavioral health field — therapists, counselors, social workers, CE educators, private practitioners, clinicians, allied health professionals....did I miss anyone? If you're not sure whether your work is a good fit, the free consultation is the place to find out.

Pricing & Payment

Are there hidden fees?

No. Each package outlines what is included. If something falls outside the selected package, such as additional design work, custom strategy needs, or services beyond the listed scope, we will discuss it before moving forward.

Do I need to schedule a call before choosing a package?

No. Our pricing and package details are provided up front so you can review your options before reaching out. A call, text, or message is only the next step if you feel one of the packages may be a good fit.

Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?

Yes. Each package has a yearly payment option. Yearly payments are made in advance and cover the full year of service at the same monthly rate.

How do cancellations work?

If you choose not to continue after your current payment term ends, we will stop providing services at the end of that term. Services may also be stopped earlier at your request, but prepaid services are non-refundable.

What if my budget changes?

If your needs or budget change, we are happy to discuss whether a different package or adjusted level of support would be a better fit moving forward. Our goal is to provide sustainable support without creating unnecessary pressure.

What’s Included

What is included in the monthly package price?

Each monthly package includes core support such as profile optimization, foundational online presence analysis, messaging and brand voice analysis, monthly content strategy, branded social media posts, and support based on the package level you choose.

How many social media posts are included?

Roots includes 10+ branded social media posts per month. Arise includes 14+ branded social media posts per month. Bloom includes 20+ branded social media posts per month, along with deeper authority-building support.

Do you write the captions too?

Yes. Content support includes guidance on messaging, tone, and brand voice, which may include caption writing or caption structure depending on your package and content needs.

What platforms do you create content for?

We focus on creating branded social media content that supports your professional online presence. The exact platform focus can be discussed during setup so your content is aligned with where your audience is most likely to engage.

What is profile optimization?

Profile optimization means reviewing and improving the way your social profile presents your practice. This may include your bio, service focus, visual consistency, links, and overall first impression.

What is engagement direction?

Engagement direction helps guide how you interact with your audience in a thoughtful and professional way. This may include content themes, response direction, audience-building ideas, and ways to encourage meaningful interaction without pressure tactics.

Process & Timeline

What happens after I choose a package?

We start by learning about your current online presence, your goals, and the clients or audience you want to reach. From there, we create a thoughtful structure for how your content, messaging, and online presence should work together.

How quickly can a website draft be ready?

Website drafts are typically available within 3 days after we have the information needed to begin. More detailed pages, custom content needs, or delayed client materials may affect the timeline, but our goal is to provide a strong first draft quickly.

How long does social media setup take?

Social media setup depends on your current presence, goals, and how much structure is already in place. In most cases, you can expect initial ideas and direction within the first week, with a solid content plan developed within 7 days.

What do you need from me each month?

We ask that you keep us informed of any important practice updates, events, schedule changes, service changes, contact information updates, workshops, CE offerings, or anything else that may affect your online presence. The more informed we are, the more accurately we can represent your work.

Do I have to provide all of the content ideas?

No. We help guide the monthly content strategy so you are not left trying to figure everything out on your own. Your insight still matters, but the process is designed to reduce the burden of planning and organizing your online presence.

Approval, Ethics & Professional Fit

Do I approve posts before they are published?

Yes. Posts will be sent for approval before they are scheduled. We typically aim to provide content for review at least 3 days before posting, giving time for any needed edits, adjustments, or clarification.

Will I always need to approve every post?

At the beginning, yes. Over time, as Vine & Laurel becomes more familiar with your voice, preferences, boundaries, and professional standards, the approval process may become more streamlined. However, your comfort and confidence in what is shared will remain a priority.

Will the posts sound like me?

That is the goal. We begin with messaging and brand voice analysis so your content feels aligned with your work, your audience, and the way you want to show up professionally.

Do you provide clinical, legal, or compliance advice?

No. Vine & Laurel does not provide clinical, legal, or compliance advice. We help with content structure, presentation, messaging, and online presence. As the licensed professional, you are responsible for reviewing and approving content to ensure it aligns with your professional, ethical, legal, and licensing requirements.
